I'm heading out next week and saw on google maps that the crocker launch is closed. Is that true? If so is the 9 mile road launch the next closest?

Yes, it's closed until October.

Harley-Ensign is a Mi-DNR launch and is just a couple miles north and is larger than Crocker.
