| I had a good time. I didn't get there till 7:00, and the buffet sat untouched until somebody asked if it was for us! Got rid of all the baits I brought. Notice I didn't say sold? JoMusky ended up with a Mudpuppy I left in his box, sold a couple bucktails. Sold an Awaker to Norm for $5.00 and a drink. I had to but the drink! It was $5.50! hehehe Thanks to all who showed up.
Should we have it at the same place next year?

Location: Racine, Wi | Shep that was a great time. Good to meet alot of the guys from the board. I think anyone that saw the baits that I picked up knows what color I was looking for. It was nice that there was alot of room at that place. I think we should have it at Hooters next year.

Location: Wishin I Was Fishin' | Good job setting up the swap Shep! I had a blast! The highlight of my night was listening to Howie Meyer's story telling. That is something I will never forget. Thank you Howie. Next time you see him ask him how he got 7 Islands for his Guide business name. I even booked a day on the water with him last night. Can't wait!
I noticed your mudpuppy in with my stuf when I got home. I will get it back to you. I don't want it.
Same place next year would be good. Maybe you could work on getting us a deal on rooms too. |

Location: Northwest Chicago Burbs | If anyone has a chance to buy Howie a few beers, make sure to ask him about the German Club adventure! I have talked with alot of elder statesman in the industry about guiding adventures....this one has them ALL beat.
The swap was fun, the buffet was great (I only ate about 30 chicken wings) and the company was even better. Arent me and Karen cute? Jonesi cheesed out early, which probably saved him the $80 I spent at the bar!
