Anybody using these? I never really see them hyped up like some of the other gliders and was wondering what everyone thought of them. I picked one up recently, haven't fished with it yet but gave a few casts to see how it worked. Seems to have a nice glide but no roll. Are they all like this?
Thanks, Scott

Jerkin,

These baits are great, you won't be disappointed. I like the way you can work these lures at a high speed during the summer months. Burning these lures over weeds is highly productive here in Indiana.

Hulbert is right, you can really move these things if you want to or work them slower. I havent given them the time they really deserve but that is not to say they arent good baits. You would be wise to get one and give it a shot. Who knows, you may end up getting alot more.

I "benched" mine cuz it glided so good, it would actually spin completely around and foul the back hook on the leader..frustrating..although Mike brings up a good point, maybe I should be burn gliding it in..........hmmmm

I had a muskie hit mine off the dock on the first cast with it. Then I went up to the house and snagged the dog in the ear with it. Both got away. Seems to work both on land and in water. Good bait.

Yup, they'll turn on a dime. But they do catch fish once you get used to working them. Nice profile and pretty good hooking percentages. Not sure what's going to happen with these now that Pete sold MMT to the Believer guys...

Good bait, can be worked slow or burned up high in the water.
They don't seem to hold a paint job too well but still catch fish.

This is a good bait with a finish or no finish. Mine has no color left and produced well last year. Work it like Mike states.

They are good for the Walleye too. My friend Jim Bortz caught a 29 1/2 "eye" on it and I later nailed a 28 on one as well as Musky. Have only had one hang the tail hook up ( operator error) I use a solid leader with it.

Hey Mike, how you doing Dude?
