| Just curious as to how often everyone replaces their leaders. I use the Stealth flurocarbon ones and just as a preventative measure seem to totally replace them every few years. I guess I just get uneasy when they start getting nicked up. |

| often, the leader material itself is dirt cheap...as soon as there is any nick, could be one fish.. I just cut off the swivel remove the the stay-loc snap and grab other pre-made with swivel attached (stay-loc can be added or changed anytime)...takes me about 15 minutes to make a dozen...no need to chance it. |

Location: Walker, MN | It's pretty easy to visually check the quality of flouro or steel, though I'll still replace them every few months with hard use. I replace the Stay Loc snaps quite often. |
