Location: Racine, Wi | I had a buddy throwing one of those back in the early days, (10 years ago) We didn't do much with them, but I can't honestly say that we gave them a lot of h2o time. I believe if my memory serves me correct, it is a glide bait, if you can't tell by the shape of it.
