Anyone have a good suggestion for the Hayward area? By good, don't reply Coop's because . . . yeah. Frankie's is okay but I'd like other options.

Ray-Jays is really good. Regular pizza, any way you want it.
But...sometimes they offer their Prime Rib Pizza. It's different, and it is delicious. Might even be better the second day.
But yah, search our Ray Jays.

I second Ray Jays. I try to make it there every time I am in the area. Right on HWY B.

Dino's on Higgins in Chicago is pretty dang good for deep dish or thin crust. They have a thin crust BLT pizza that is awesome. Always try some different places when seeing family down there. I always get the deep dish pizzas but ironically none of my Chicago friends and or family are into deep dish and prefer the thin crust. It seems like Chicago is famous for their deep dish yet residents of Chicago eat thin crust more often than deep dish. That being said, Dino's, Lou's, Giordano's (stuffed pizza), Burt's Place, Pequods are all worth trying.

Filippo's in Mt. Zion is awesome, but the last several times I've been home visiting they are never open. Not sure what the deal there is. My favorite though is Mama's in St. Paul. Found it by accident pet sitting for my girlfriend's friends.

When fishing the North Webster area lakes the Barber Motel has great pizza. Well.worth it. The Frog in Syracuse is decent but they eye candy much better especially when there are bachelorette parties or even better Halloween.

One good thing about being a FIB is the pizza. I live in Rockford, IL and we have some good local Pizza places like Lino's and Sam's. We also have Giordano's and LM's. When I go to the City I like Gino's East.
