| So I was talking to a few people the other day that informed me that fried perch eggs are delicious and I don't feel like they were joking. Call me skeptical but really?! Anyone ever try this an if so how do you prepare them? I catch a few here and there with eggs and hate to waste food if I don't have to. |

| I’ve been meaning to try it out after I saw a vid on YouTube - tempura style. I hope it can be made to not be too fishy tasting as I like the idea of wasting as little as possible. |

| Well, I am against waste as well. But when it comes to perch eggs, worms got to eat too. Or toss them in off my dock and let the crayfish and little blue gills scarf them down. I have tried salmon caviar, and it is edible on a seasoned cracker. Plant near my sister's home in Alaska produces and sells tons of it each year. |

I wouldn't describe it as that sort of fishy, it's a very unique taste. Perch eggs are okay, just I'd much be rather eating a perch than its eggs. |
