I use staylock snaps usually 4.5 or 5 size and I use bucher rings size 5 and 7 and stealth tackle size 6.

I get all mine from Stealth Tackle; never had one go bad (you need to change out the snaps now and then). m

If you want really good split rings, get some Decoys from Japan.

I agree with all the posts here. If you decide to purchase leaders, I have had good luck with Stealth Tackle. However, a local guy to me, Steve Gould with Trophy time Tackle, makes great leaders and I have found them to be a little cheaper. His service is also second to none. May want to check him out.
