So I have an inflatable life jacket that uses the bayonet system. When removing the old cartridge that black plastic part at the top broke off and is still in the life jacket part where the cartridge goes (sorry I'm sure I'm not using the right terms). I've tried to twist it out counter-clockwise using a needle nose pliers but it hasn't budged. Am I just not turning hard enough? Is there a trick to this? Any help would be great... thanks!

Don’t know what model you have but my Cabelas has a yellow bobbin that slides in and out. It doesn’t twist. Does your jacket have instructions sewn into the lining? If not, maybe a search online will help you.
