12 inch navins look great in the water,,haven't been able to get mine past about 4ft,,and yes I do have the screw in weights in sizes.
Have you guys ben able to get them 8plus feet deep and how/formula

I’ve gotten mine down to 6ish or a little better with 2 of the biggest screw in weights (1oz I think) and then using shorter pulls of about a foot or so and a fairly quick pace. Also, crank it down a few turns of the handle before starting the pull sequence. Caught a few northern son mine and had some nice muskies follow but not eat...
