With no closed season on Cave Run it's a great way to chase away the winter blues.
This fish was caught while fishing with guide and friend Gregg Thomas.

Location: Athens, Ohio | WOW, nice fish. I've fished The Cave more than a dozen times and can't seem to shake the skunk down there. Maybe soon. Beautiful lake and scenery, some days it's worth the trip just to see the eagles. Did you get that trolling or casting? m |

I caught her casting a sherbert colored Bull Dawg.
She had some serious power and stamina in the cold water....but it was like the fight was in slow motion.
Bless her heart, she tried to jump .. but just couldn't get her fat a-- out of the water.
Thanks to Gregg for putting the boat in the right place at the right time for me to catch this girl.
It's my biggest muskie to date. |

Location: Pelican Lake/Three Lakes Chain | As the ice thickens in the northwoods, it pains me to see smiling faces and big muskies. Only 164 days until the opener!
Very nice fish----Congrats!! |
