Spending a week on this lake end of August. Never fished before so wondering about some basics . Clear / Stained water? Is it more of an action or trophy lake? Any general info on the lake or tips would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Just looked it up on the WI DNR listing of Muskie waters. The one in Oneida County is 124 acres and is classified as A2 Muskie water (top quality “action” lake). Although this info s now 4 years old. Those with actual experience can give you a better idea. WI DNR classifications have been reasonably accurate in my limited experience. Good luck! Hope someone else can give you better info!

If it's the one across from trout on 51 it's a clear low density lake.
