Posts: 425 Location: Roseau | I was called last week about my RABC from CBSA, they said it can be kept on file until January 1st and then it is discarded will have to reapply. He also stated from what he is seeing border closure will be extended until January 1st. I just don't understand how they cant come up with a plan to at least get property owners to their own property. How can you keep people from their property for this long?? I am lucky to be able to get to mine at the angle, more of a headache and not as safe as driving across Canada. I wont rant guessing some wont like my opinion on the whole COVID deal.

Posts: 2687 Location: Hayward, WI | You are in a lucky and strange circumstance! I've noticed a real increase in pressure in Sabaskong bay the last couple years. I've been wondering if the fish are really snapping up there now with what I assumed was very low angling pressure. Thanks for confirming my suspicions. Thanks a lot, lol. Enjoy it while you can, hopefully we are not in the same situation next year!

Posts: 75 | RickW - 7/28/2020 8:15 PM Just back from a week fishing the east end of Sabaskong Bay out of Nestor Falls (I am Canadian). The lake was emptier of boats than it is in late October, and I’m sure my lure was the first through most of the spots. I had a week of good weather and was able to go wherever I wanted. Water temp was 73 to 76 in late afternoon. I found fish in turns where reeds ended at rocky points, in saddles, off main lake rocks, and in the very few remaining cabbage patches. The biggest - 51” - came from a small cabbage patch in four feet of water between an island and the mainland. She bit at the start of the figure 8, and went airborne in the shallow water. Most follows and hits were on a black and silver double cowgirl, with a couple coming on a perch shallow raider. I had a ton of baits in the boat, but like usual, only used a handful. I’m going back to troll for a week in late October. I hate you....no offense lol
