75 to 78 surface temps on Monday... fishing was not good to say the least. 7 hours no fish seen. Usually it’s my go to lake for a slump buster as it’s usually a good lake to see a bunch of fish at the very least. I think it has seen a very high amount of fishing pressure this year, maybe that has pushed the fish off of areas I normally contact fish. Maybe it’s more of a night bite there now? Not sure, but it has been tough for me the past few times there. The only bright note Monday was a 20 inch largemouth I caught.
