| USGS online has Monona at 79 right now. No doubt they'll be past 80 this weekend with the forecast calling for 90s. |

Location: Contrarian Island | every year we get temps in july way over 80 for sustained periods.. there is a small group of guys that don't care about the hot water and continue to fish right thru July and Aug no matter what. it's guys that are out there all the darn time so them saying they don't get to fish often is bs. It's unfortunate. it's not so much that I think they handle the fish incorrectly it's that it sets the example for newer / younger guys in the sport who might not be as good at handling to think it's ok to fish when water has been 85 for days on end...

Location: Roscoe IL | all that rain oughta cool temps down a little bit, but im guessing the lakes are gonna be near the red line for a week or two. Might want to chase them on the rivers for a bit

| Or just head to lake Geneva......? Temps on Sunday were 75ish. Let everyone on here know what you saw/caught. I myself trying to figure out quantity and quality of fish in there! |
