| Looking for some advice on jerkbaits. This year I've caught quite a few musky on the biggest X-rap rapala makes. Problem is most of the fish have been smaller. I've tried finding something similar but haven't had any luck. It seems that most of the minnow style baits don't have the tight, quick wobble like the X-raps do. Any recommendations would be welcome. Thanks |

| Suicks are great (10" HI to be exact), twisted sucker glide baits are good. - but the Exocist.... by Phantom! great side to side... then a rip. way bigger movements than the giant x-rap... but similar, just way more exaggerated. bigger bait tho.
my 2 -cents...

| Rapala's saltwater X-rap is a winner for 4 to 6 FOW, got my personal best on this bait. It has great motion and is ~ 6" long so has a bit of size.. I 've had good luck with DDD's (the only jerkbait I know that goes down to 15'), DD's and suspending depth-raider. |

Location: Athens, Ohio | Mantas and Hellhounds are good, easy-to-work jerks. I'm addicted to 9" Sledges - never did get the attraction Suicks seem to get. Muskie Treats catch many for me, not made any more, tho. m |
