Posts: 489 | irridescent blue if you have get the right reflection off of it. But I think its more of a chameleon paint and the color changes with light/angle | ||

| imo it is more of a pearl whit a hint of blue. but anyway that paint is just for plastisol . i would kill to get a cranks painted like that. rugen destroyer and natural shad become my g2 color for my water wolf tubes and shadzillas . i caught a nice fat 49 on rugen tube yesterday. killer for clear water , brown 2 i guess | |||

| other guys are gonna do it . and years after it will turn into a very basic color like firetiger, fireperch, black orange tail. personally i would not copy lures but copying paint job is pretty common . we would not get a lot of choice if we would be only able to buy lures whit paint job that have been created by the co owner. just my personal opinion | |||

Posts: 54 | That color pattern, or one quite similar has been around and popular for a long time in the salt water world. "Bunker" or "Distressed Bunker" or "Peanut Butter Bunker"; electric blue over amber (yellow ochre or whatever) over pearl, sometimes with a shad dot or multiple, sometimes not. These baits were painted in the late 80's or early 90's; the ability to get a good electric blue has come a long way since then.
