Heading to the Madison Chain the weekend of Nov. 8th & 9th. Never fished it before...could use a few pointers on fall spots, baits, colors that work, etc. Thanks in advance!!! I'll also be floating suckers.

Wingra is the easiest of the lakes to fish. Drag a sucker and cast the green weed edges. Also work the deeper hole on the south east side. Believers and Ernies are my baits of choice for casting in Fall. Lots of 30"-38". Some low 40" fish. Let me know if you need more info.

Thanks for your info! What colors work the best? Is Wingra stained or clear? Please respond when you have time. Thanks again!
