Location: Athens, Ohio | Weekends start on Thursday when you're retired (and end the following Wednesday!). I got out to my favorite little lake yesterday and nothing got going until I moved a good fish that me and Mauser had up 4 times a couple weeks ago. Same spot, same low, slow follow...nothing else going.
I was on my third try at one of my other likely locations, when a buddy of mine from my MI chapter stopped by to tell me abt a biiiig fish he had go round at the boat way at the other end of the lake. He was heading in, and i had some time to spare, so I made the ride and hit the area he described. Nothing.
Went to the other end of the bay and popped this pretty one on a Muskie Treats I got from Papa Joe last year. Good day to be out. m
