Location: minocqua, wi. | if you ever experience your motor not pre-positioning properly prior to stowing, here is the the re-set procedure as provided by certified MK Service Tech.:
1. bring motor up
2. when motor slips and goes horizontal, pause the function on the remote
3. power unit off (very important)
4. manually correct position of the head
5. power unit on
6. stow function
7. deploy
8. stow function
9. repeat as necessary
hope those who are having issues find this helpful.
also, be sure to check the magnet position behind the plastic cover on the port side of the base plate. i took my base plate off but found that from the top you can see it well enough to confirm it is seated properly on the mounting flange. |
