I need to ask, has anybody heard anything about or from the new ownership of Tuffy boats? Granted I am not a Facebook guy but the web page still reflects Lake Mills.

I hope they are doing well.

I've talked with the new owner Scott several times and he seems to be a very nice guy. He's followed through on everything he's said he'd do and is working to get the new location up and running. I stopped by the Lake Mill's location a week ago and they were building a boat and one of the guys that will be working up at his new place was there as well.

I will miss the old guard, especially Steve's association with them, but at the same time am optimistic that the new team can make us all proud to be Tuffy guys.

Being in the market for a 20' tiller again I'm wondering what their production plans are. Any idea how soon the new plant will be up and running? Are they planning any design changes right away or will it be the same molds?

Any updates will be great.

The only website I found doing this is the old Fiberdome in Lake Mills, nothing for the new company in New London.

so call the old 1-800 # and ask for the contact info of the new owners? might be quickest way to find out what their plans are than getting anything 2nd hand on here.

Anyone looking for information about Tuffy Boats LLC, please use Facebook or other means to gain contact. You may call Mike at 2622063045, he's a straight up guy, a good friend, and a good dealer. He can get you any answer you need about the product, pricing, and direction of the new company.

If you are in the North call Boulder Marine at 7153852177 and ask for Mike there, same recommendation. Good folks all the way around.

Apparently, Tuffy LLC at this point is working best through email and the best way to contact them is [email protected]

Or, reach out directly to the dealers above.

EDIT: The new company received the domain name transfer from OFM this week, and it now points to what represents a landing page. www.tuffyboats.com.
Should be interesting; the Tuffy Boats SEO placed just behind number one ranking Lund Boats when searching 'Walleye Boats', that's changed rapidly. OFM ranks number one, and Triton took over the second in one day. Searching Muskie Boats shows OFM 1 and 2, Tuffy still 3, we'll see how that holds up. It's more complicated than it looks.....
