they post vids of their big fish to feed their gigantic ego and once guys have seen enough of the background ,they invade the spot and the guy cry like babe.or i would add the famous 60'' plus fish without a single pict of the fish on the bumpboard, then some guys that have doubt get called jealous lol

We're all pretty nuts. I completely understand this on a slow day I often throw a coin off the back of the boat.

Posts: 427 | I over heard a conversation at the ramp one morning between two guys getting ready to launch. It went like this. You been doing any good? Ya got a good pattern going. What are you throwing? Why you asking? You know I'm going to lie! I still laugh when I remember the look on the one guys face after he got that answer.

Posts: 29 | NathanH - 1/18/2018 10:24 PM In Canada this year my dad thought he saw a big bear splashing on a shoreline. We drove over and it was just a tan fat guy swimming naked to retrieve a snagged lure. I am Canadian, and have been guilty of this. Many times. I'd rather go for a nice swim, than give up $20-$80 That I know I can get if I go swimming. Just sit back and enjoy the show ??

Posts: 43 Location: S. Wisconsin | I hesitate to share this, due to how low down and dirty this behavior is, but here goes... The guy that got me into Muskie fishing got the biggest kick out of waiting until the action was slow and we were ready for a break, then reeling in his cast, beginning his figure 8, and then THRASHING HIS ROD TIP IN THE WATER and giving me a freaking HEART ATTACK...and he would LAUGH his a** off... And I fell for it... Every.Single.Time. He's a bastard. Can I say that? I'm saying it. Bastard.

Posts: 8788 | Talked to a few guys at the landing one day, just small talk - what are you fishing for, are you seeing any, etc. Then they proceeded to trail us for at least half the day, fishing all the same areas after we went through. Normally it would bother me, but all I could think was: "If these guys had any idea how little I know about this lake they'd be fishing ANYWHERE else but where I've been!!"
