So I’ve started making my own bucktails for Muskie. They are a marabou style bucktail with a #9 Colorado blade on them. I’m going to make some twin 9’s as well. I need a few people that avidly fish for Muskies to message me if they are interested in trying some out for me. I’ll ship them to you free of charge. All I ask is for feedback on the baits, and pictures of anything you catch on them! Pm me if you are interested and we can talk, or email [email protected].

Sorry to pee off everyone who wants a free lure...but this is a bad marketing plan if you want to make a business out of it.

Better off to make/sell them at an attractive price and go from there. Its a crazy and competitive arena making bucktails and trying make a profit at it. Try and come up with a new twist that works and the buyers will beat your door down.
