Week before, they came in the day we left.

Keith got 3, I got two in 2 days chasing skis. We spent a day popping walleyes and really impressive smallmouth too.

The muskies were eating big plastics, which was fun.

I was on the LOTW the week Gallesbie was there with Pete Mania. They caught about a 40 incher on a sucker at a place called "The Goalposts" red and green buoy 25 feet apart. It was a nice fall fair day weather wise , but Gallesbie sat there all huddled up till the fish took the sucker. He jumped up and started screaming "nice fish", its a beauty", so on, well you saw it on TV. I was catching a couple of walleyes for the wife 50 yards away. Poor Muskie
Ran into Mania a couple days later and told him I very much enjoyed TV shows on musky fishing.

I wonder, did Herbie have to slap Gillespie again this year? That was one of the finer moments in all of sports broadcasting. He probably stayed just over an arm's length away from Herbie just to be safe.

Steve, why didn't you get as excited as Gillepie does when we fished together?
