| I bought a Westin Platypus perch pattern for next year. Musky closed 2 days ago here in Quebec. Does anybody has any toughts on this lure ?Is it a good lure ? Thanks guys!

| They are popular here in Europe for big pikes, have quite a few of them my self, at times they are for sure the ticket of the day. The smaller models have poor hooks, and split rings so i replace them right away, the new large model have nice hooks on them from the box.
My buddy had one that took in water after minimum use, and couldn't find the hole, but I have had that happen to several other brands of crank-baits as well. |

Location: Eastern Ontario | My understanding is that some parts of Quebec ( St Lawrence ) is open till the end of March. By Dec 15th I'll be ready to hang it up. As for the lure I don't know it, but at the right time and place they would hit a socket wrench. |

| Have you tried both? the action is completely different.
The platypus have a Rolling action action vs The believers more of a side to side action. |
