I'm leaving this Friday for a small lake near North Bay. I was wondering if anyone has been in that area lately and coulde give me some feedback as to how the fishing has been, what colors are working, what lures are working and how the water level.
-Thanks
Matt

Its actually a very small lake called Bear Lake. Its just south of Lavigne. Its a fairly shallow lake, about 40 feet in the basin and we usually fish in 10-20ft range and also work the shallows. My family has been going there since before I was born and its nice because theres only 2-3 cabins and we are usually the only ones on the water. The fishing has been steadily been going downhill the past 10 years, but I guess its hard to break family tradition. I think we'll give it a couple more year then look elsewhere. Any advice would be appreciated.
-Thanks
Matt
