Someone posted this on Fishbrain, caught in White Bear Lake. Is this possibly a Black Panther or Leopard Musky? The one fin looks rounded, so is it maybe just a Tiger with awesome colors?

I would say a regular spotted muskie. Doesn't look to healthy though.

Sure doesn't look like a tiger. They have strips not spots.

I caught a tiger a few years ago that was solid black across the back, with black fins. The body was almost solid black but you could make out the stripes and spots just barely. I was fortunate enough to catch it twice in one month, but haven't seen it in a couple years. I'm afraid it may have went home with someone even though it was nowhere near the legal length. An awesome fish to see and catch.

I've heard reports of black lives matter muskies blocking accesses, not letting walleye anglers in.
