Posts: 20263 Location: oswego, il | Hit heidecke, needed to launch the little boat to check out the trailer which still sucks. Got under the bridge, caught a smallie on my first cast. Caught some more and a few other species including the biggest walleye i have caught there. Was a surprise giving the depth i was in, the clarity and 82 degree water temps. Posts: 841 Location: Southwest PA | Some boils behind topwaters and a few new waypoints is all I have to report... one was a nice fish that followed all the way in just to dive under the boat

Posts: 336 Location: Lino Lakes, MN | Saw a few decent fish and lost 3, all of which crushed baits and ran straight for the boat. I thought last night was going to be amazing between the moonrise, full moon, and approaching storms, but it wasn't meant to be. I probably would have stuck it out a bit longer, but I had my son with me and the storms/lightning looked pretty nasty.

Sidejack - 7/4/2017 11:53 AM Musky Brian - 7/4/2017 9:36 AM 4amuskie - 7/4/2017 8:40 AM LSC trolling sucks!!!! If you go there, bring your casting stuff and enjoy. couldn't disagree any more. I thot Spencer's article in MH last year proved beyond the shadow of a doubt that casting is more efficient and covers more productive water than trolling. i don't know the guy but almost all the wr class fish have been caught by troller

Posts: 57 | Most action of the season for myself came on Sunday. Managed to boated two low 40's and I lost a nice fish boat side due to a botched net job.. but overall another awesome weekend of fishing!

Location: Contrarian Island | had a fun 3 hours on the water solo saturday night before the storms... had action from 4, all 4 hit, got 3, 37", 44", 48.25". Missed a 40-41 at the boat...bucktails and topwater in the weeds. wish the storm had held off another hour or 2... Edited by BNelson 7/17/2017 9:13 AM
