Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | I am tempted to hit the Goon just before she REALLY gets cold. Anyone else going up to any Canadian lake or river that time of the year, and what has your experience been? Trophy Muskie, how about up by you, if I remember correctly, you pop some true pigs late on that water! |

Location: Eau Claire, WI | Yes but I'm taking my Yellow Lab, a shotgun and decoys.... I wonder if a Muskie would think my Robo-Duck is a topwater bait...:):)
Sounds interesting though....and cold.
See ya in Sabaskong |

Location: in the white boat | Heading to LOW in October for fall trolling time. Check out the thread on Walsh's bbd about it. http://www.baystorecamp.com/reports.htm
I usually make it a point to fish until at least Halloween, but have never gone to LOW in Oct. Should be fun. |

Location: north central wisconsin | Will be going again in late Sept or early oct for my first time this year(usually go in July and Aug only). Loking forward to it, as we fish an area that is predominantly rock to begin with. We get a few each year trolling certain chunk rock walls and points each summer and it will be interesting to see if the action gets better or worse in those areas. I'll have my cell phone along to call Dick P. for on water advice. |

Location: Eastern Ontario | October and November is the busyest time of the season up here. I guess doing the 15 hour drive for 50+ inchers is not enough they got to be 35+ pounders as well. Gota a be a diehard to come up here that late tho but it is rewarding. I do have an open week in October ( 16-24 ) and 2 smaller slots in November (1-7 and 11-15). Steve why don't you make your wake up to the manufacture when your all iced up down there. We are fishing untill Dec 15th starting this year. :) A forthy pounder would make a very nice xmas gift. |
