Just want to give a shout out to Frank... got a gift card for a custom rod for my birthday and met with Frank last week to discuss what I wanted. He was awesome to work with and has such a huge wealth of information on rod building that what I thought was going to be a daunting process was a breeze and really fun. Great guy to talk to! I ended up spending over 2 hours there.

I spent some extra money on my own to get 2 rods instead of one. I'll post pics when I get them. Can't wait!

I have 4 "Frank Rods" as we call them and can not say enough positives about them! Built to the specs I wanted (length, power, # of guides, handle length, etc) for what I want them to do and they have each turned out to be exactly what I was planning.

And the 8'6" XH Diamondback he built for me (perfect 10s rod) will be buried with me.

Frank is a huge text junkie, make sure to text him at 630/309-8055
