Hey guys I Just picked up a new Lowrance unit and was wondering what you guys use for chips and why. I have had a unit in the past with a lake chip but just thought I would create a discussion because I couldn't find much recent information on the forum. I normally fish around the twin cities but will be taking a few trips this summer north of the boarder.

I guess I was just wondering what chips you might recommend for different areas. Thanks guys!

Navionics is really your only option now. Humminbird bought lake master and its exclusive to them now.

I use insight genesis as alot of the waters i fish dont have a decent map of them. I just make my own or add to the ones that are already started.

check and see if your waters are mapped.
