| So Lets say you have a Helix 9 or 10 at console with SI and then you got a 7 or 9 at bow with DI and then you have terrova with Ipilot and what not...how does the terrova link up to the hummingbirds and what are benefits? is this necc with the bow mount helix and if so do both your transducers go to back of boat?
Have never link fish finders let alone trolling motor to fish finder just looking for lil help here thoughts and benefits to diff ways of doing things...any help ideas would be greatly appreciated

| If you don't need the features of link then get standard ipilot. That trolling motor is a stand alone machine. Will save you 400$. There website or you tube will show you the features of each |

| Terrova with link is the only way I will ever fish again. Being able to follow a contour, set yourself 40 ' off a contour, or set yourself to a specific heading all at a cruise control speed I pick no matter what wind/waves are doing makes fishing pure pleasure. I have put more fish in the boat with less stress because of link and terrova.
Hands down. Expensive yes. But I will NEVER go back. |

| I have the Terrova and it already has Ipilot on it so thats handled Im wondering how to make this work with the finders and can the Terrova link with the Lowrance or No..I have Lowrance Thread going too Because boat I bought has Lowrance HDS 5 Gen 2 at console but nothing at bow so trying to decide to to equipt this boat with electronics |

Location: MN | I-Pilot and all of its features are fully integrated into the motor. They require no connection to a fishfinder.
I-pilot Link includes all of the features of i-pilot and connects exclusively with Humminbird units to take advantage of the features included with i-pilot Link, such as follow the contour, stowing or deploy an Ulterra, and so on... |
