Obviously he is not going to toot his own horn so I will do it for him. Mike stuck a beautiful 51" pig on LOTW last Tuesday. Another tip of the hat goes to Oneida Esox on a 47"er a couple days later. Come on Mike, post a picture!!

C'mon Norm.... rumor has it you boated a fat 48 too. I'd like to see a pic of that.

Also, Matt and Bryan (ERC guys) stuck some real pigs too. Hopefully they will post some pics too.

Congrats to EVERYONE that boated a fatty this past week at Baystore!!! Heck, I think Frank caught a 50.5 too.

Congrats to everyone this past weekend at Bay Store. I had a blast fishing with a great group of guys.

I managed to stick a personal best 47"er on a figure eight!!! Talk about fun. I also stuck a big "Krappie"...sorry friend I will pay closer attention to my topraider next time.

Hopefully the Englishmen are still getting into some nice fish. I am sure that they are at least having some fine tea and crumpets! he, he

WHAT A WEEK!!! Three hooked "chaps" and some slobs stuck too! I'll pass on the tea but take a REAL "crumpet"....thanks for the real meaning of crumpet Tim & Martin.

Here's a shot of the payment to the musky gods for my fish...

A mere hour later this is what happened....if you look real close you can see the bloody hole in my knee where the treble from a 10" suick was masterfully extracted by Frank Walsh and the boys at Baystore! Thanks for the whiskey...

Sounds like a heck of a trip. Great fish, gentlemen!

OUCH on the hook in the knee, though.

Norm, your partner held up well last week for League, remaining  the 'netman'. I think we need to get him a MuskieFIRST shirt that says:

2003 Rhinelander Muskie League

              NETMAN!

Now if  Sue and I can just keep one stuck tomorrow night.

Steve,
Good to hear our team netman is holding up. I saw a picture of Donna's fish--very nice. Here is a pic of a 48" I got with just a couple hours left in our LOTW trip.

As part of the team of "physicians" that removed the 5/0 from Mad Dawg I have to say that I've never seen anyone more deserving of a big slob than him after that ordeal. I hope you got a tetanus shot when you got home.

I said it on Walsh's website, but its worth stating again, CONGRATS to you guys on your excellent week. Is it safe to assume I'll see some of you guys up there again next July?

Yeah it was a great trip and as much of a thrill for me to net Mike's fish as it was for him to catch it. We were very excited about that one then to follow it up with a 44, 44.5, 45 and a 47 well that just made it almost unbelievable. I'll try to post some pics tonight.
