| Anyone know anything about this lure? It was given to me years ago. Is it similar to the more recent choppers? Something to fish with, or just hang onto?

| That's a great surface bait. I have a couple of his older baits and they're built like tanks. They also catch fish. I'd definitely give that some time on the water. That particular bait has a really nice plop to it and works very well in calm to mild chop conditions. |

| That's great, thank you. I've only used it a few times, but no significant time on it. I'll give it a shot. |

Location: St. Lawrence River | Go ahead and fish it no need to save it. They are notoriously loud. |

Location: Yahara River Chain | Its the same as the ones made today with the exception is the front hook has a drop down hook the also doubles as a keel. That may allows the newer ones to run a shave faster before rolling over. |
