I am looking for any recommendations for a 1/2 day midweek musky trip in lake dubay Minocqua or st germain area for this month. I normally have stopped fishing and am duck hunting all this time. My dog was ill and I just didn't have the drive for waterfowl as much and would like to try something I don't normally do. Never tried the fall or live bait fishing for musky

many guides are booked up but check with Phil Schweik or maybe Rob Manthei would be 2 good choices.

I'd second Rob Manthei, learned a lot from him and he's never failed to put us on fish...
