Thanks Steve,To bad. The 1875 Pro v bas is almost a copy of that boat! That's what i'm ordering because it' has all the things in a muskie boat that someone can ask for. The one thing the X-190 needs in my opinion!

Does it appear like something that can/will be done? Or would the seat sit very low to the floor?

Can a jack plate be added to the X-190 to raise the motor up and keep the boat level when motoring through shallow water?

Usually a jack plate is added to max out top end and perhaps improve hole hot. Short answer is yes.

Agree, top end is nice but when fishing shallower lakes and rivers a jack plate can keep the boat level. Without you trim up but drive the transom down kind of offsetting the adjustment.

I know with some manufacturers adding a jack plate can void warranty... assuming that's not the case with Tuffy?

Another X-190 question. If I put a jack plate on my X-190 could I put a Pro XS on it ???

The boat is rated for 200 hp max, no matter what model engine.

I was told that the shaft length on the Pro-XS wasn't compatible with the X-190... Mine is 4 years old. I currently have a 200 Opti on it. Was just wondering if the jack plate would make compatible.

Just not the 200. The 150 and 175 ProXS come in long shaft. The 200 does not. He doesn't specify which one.
