Hi,
Last year I had a new armature installed in my Terrova 101. Since then I've been getting so much RF interference when running the unit that the side imaging on my Hummingbird is unreadable - though regular 2D still functions well. I've had it back to the repair shop a number of times to no avail so I've decided to take a different approach. I was attempting to isolate the cause of the RF interference the other day and when I took the two bolts out of the motor housing about 1/3 - 1/2 cup of water poured out. Obviously a seal issue....Anyway, I'm looking for a different Authorized Minnkota Repair Provider to take the unit to this time to see if they can determine the root of the RF interference and replace all the seals. I was looking to you for recommendations for such repair providers that you've used and been HIGHLY satisfied with in or around the Mnpls/St Paul area. Thanks for any recommendations you are willing to provide.

I've been happy and had good luck with Fish Lectronics on University Ave.

I've been very happy with Jack at Action's Electronics in Anoka. Give him a call. He's done great work for me through the years. I've sent a lot of friends to him and have yet to hear any complaints. 763-422-4890

second on the Motor Clinic on Old Shakopee Road ... they've done work for me over the years and they are fast, capable and not crazy on prices.

Another vote for Jack at Action's Fishing/Electronics in Anoka, he's fixed a couple of trolling motors for me.
