| For those of you that don't know what this is about; read the Abu Garcia experience thread...for those who do, I would like to thank the people at Abu and the people from muskie first who were involved. I was contacted by a manager at Abu Garcia and with review of my receipt he sent me a new toro beast, replacing the winch that had broke. They also threw in a nice baseball cap to butter me up...it worked. Can't wait to get on the lake and try it out.

Location: North St. Paul, MN | Always great dealing with Abu. The few times I've called or sent reels in, they've been solved very quickly. AND the guys at the MN expo are friendly, helpful, and answer any questions I've had when taking a look at my reels.
In fact, the fishing industry customer service has always been good to me. (TI, rapala, etc.) |

| Great to hear! IMO ABU, ST Croix and TI have the best costomer service in the industry!! Cant even get a response from some others I had issues with. |
