My stainless prop has a few minor dings and burrs on it and I would like to have a professional tune it up, where's a good place in central Wisconsin?

Hi Derek- I've been thinking about the same thing, but it's not to bad yet.  You might try T-N-T Prop Repair & Welding in New Lisbon,  WI (523 S. Adams St. 608-562-3884). Unknown to most, New Lisbon is a hotbed of expertise in stainless steel fabrication and welding technology, i.e., Walker Stainless, etc. Al Warner "All Water is Zalt Water" http://www.zaltnad.com

Used to be a place by Oshkosh called Moe's that repaired props. Otherwise, the is a really good place on Okauchee Lake that does great work. I expect that there has to be a place up by Point or Wausau.

| An excellent prop repair shop in the Appleton area is Fox River Prop. He repairs and sells aluminum and stainless.

Rapids prop repair did a good job on my alum. props. Not sure about stainless, but since it's so close I'd give him a call. Also, Wausau has a prop repair shop that is usually at the 12 Apostle's shows, and I know they do stainless repairs.
