Should I mount the trolling motor on the port or starboard side of the bow cap? Pros and cons to each? It is a tiller and I'll fish off the port side 95% of the time.

I see most mounted on the right. Shouldn't matter much as the pedal (if it is corded) comes out at basically the center of the boat and you can just move it from there. I have it on the right of my Tuffy Stinger (kind of an older Esox mag). when working a certain side...I just slide the pedal over.
