Location: Savage, MN		Does anybody know what kind of bucktail this is? The weight is unique to me and therefore hope it helps with Id'ing. Thanks.

Location: MN		It's a keel weight Gerry Carroll uses them a lot 5/8 is his most common weight. But anyone could have done it moore's sells keel weights along with others.

If it has a second hook how is it attached one splitring or two?

Location: Savage, MN		Sorry, figured the weight would be the best identifier. Here is the whole thing (s). One blade on each had a plastic coating that has seen better days.

Location: Savage, MN		Either a 400b or a Saltist 20HC. Both work pretty well. Saltist is on a little heavier rod but still works. The 400b is on a XH but loads up nicely.

Location: Savage, MN		They are Gerry's Girls. Thanks to Mr. Gerry Carroll himself for confirming. They are great blades by the way.

On another note" what am I missing about the "what kind of reel do you throw with these" comment. A play off of the "what is the best reel for 10's" question that is always asked?
