| Anyone use wire looping jewelry pliers to make straight wire leaders?

| I use them and it's much easier than regular round nosed pliers. Thanks for the tip 5thLakeBrad. |

Location: Gilberts IL/Rhinelander WI | Yep, I've used them on hundreds of bucktails and wire leaders. Even 0.62 wire, they've held up surprisingly well.
No problem J. |

| I have a pair very similar to those and they work OK. My biggest gripe is they are (were) chrome plated, and the plating didn't last. I also have a pair of stainless pliers with two round-nose jaws which I like to use more. It's mostly a matter of personal preference, as both can do a good job. |
