Anyone use wire looping jewelry pliers to make straight wire leaders?

I use something very similar but both points are round.

I use them and it's much easier than regular round nosed pliers. Thanks for the tip 5thLakeBrad.

Yep, I've used them on hundreds of bucktails and wire leaders. Even 0.62 wire, they've held up surprisingly well.

No problem J.

I have a pair very similar to those and they work OK. My biggest gripe is they are (were) chrome plated, and the plating didn't last. I also have a pair of stainless pliers with two round-nose jaws which I like to use more. It's mostly a matter of personal preference, as both can do a good job.
