| I was like you and went ahead and bought a 4" deep shad to try. I have trolled twice since I bought it and it caught a fish both times. A 40" and a 36". I ordered 3 more deep shads. |

| I like the looks of the 5". I like the depth range and that you can get them out away from the boat, cover water at shallow depths and also reach down to 14' I troll a lot of 8-9 flats it's hard to find baits that don't snag up unless 10ft behind the boat. |

| That's a good point. I need to pick up a couple 5's. I would get them if I was you. It's a great price and produce fish. |

| I like 'em. Nice action. Check out the video clip of them. Here: http://www.muskyshop.com/modules/cart/products.php/keys/slamm/page/...
You might also want to take a look at the Big Fork Avitar. Wood lure with a similar depth profile and action in that range. I know that guys have been catching fish on both of those lures. Here's the Avitar video link: http://www.muskyshop.com/modules/cart/products.php/keys/Big+For... |
