Posts: 1000 | From those who've used them, how do they perform vs their single piece siblings? I'm goign to pick one of these to bring to canada. Throwing mostly blades, a few jerks, and cranks.

Posts: 1100 | I haven't tried the telescopic one, but u have a 2 piece XXH that i use when traveling, and like i a lot, i prefer my big dawg, but its nice to have something, i can easily bring along.

Posts: 1100 | It feels great, the action i slower then my st croix BD, but afaik thats all the TI rods, and it dosen't feel like theres a "stiff point" in the connection like on some cheap 2 piece rods. Also thrown the 2 pounder for an hour on it, and the connection held up fine, also used it a bit for trolling big cranks and rubber.
