From those who've used them, how do they perform vs their single piece siblings? I'm goign to pick one of these to bring to canada. Throwing mostly blades, a few jerks, and cranks.

It feels great, the action i slower then my st croix BD, but afaik thats all the TI rods, and it dosen't feel like theres a "stiff point" in the connection like on some cheap 2 piece rods.

Also thrown the 2 pounder for an hour on it, and the connection held up fine, also used it a bit for trolling big cranks and rubber.

Im going to grab one sooner or later. I was 100% unimpressed with my old St croix 2pc.

Customer service is the number one reason I buy his product. Number 2? They're great rods!

James we already made a deal, you sent me a new telescopic 9.5. Which is awsome by the way.

muskie tamer-Too bad I am not in Waconia anymore. I think you live less than a block away from my old house. 1441 Mockingbird Dr right by the park... Loved living there. My kids had a 5 acre backyard that I did not have to mow
