Posts: 20 | As I'm getting deeper into for muskie I was advised to invest in some more bucktails. And so after some research, this is a list I came up with, roughly in order of preference. I'd also prefer to spend $15 a piece or less and definitely not more than 20. Thoughts? Comments? Insults? Any and all advice and feedback is welcome. Thanks

Posts: 2318 Location: Chisholm, MN | I've been throwing the Mini 8's Bigtooth Juice bucktails a lot lately, as opposed to larger sizes. Those will be in your price range and have a different look to them than standard flashabou bucktails. Fish really seem to react to it.

Posts: 117 | +1 for the JUICE. Throwing hair/Maribou the last few years has been a real plus. I think a lot of us, including myself, get attracted to the tinsel a little to much. Muskies never stopped biting Maribou

Posts: 2024 | I prefer marabou because I tie my own now, don't fish much, and the added weight they hold from the water helps reduce backlashes. They aren't Professional Overruns for me, they are annoying backlashes...
