Are there any under $200 handheld GPSs that show under water contour for Wisconsin lakes? I have searched, but it's not clear what some of them really support out of the box or what chips/downloads they support. I do have a 2013 Fishing Hot Spots Pro SD (for Lowrance), but I don't know if that would work in any handhelds.

I purchased the navionics app for my smartphone for $10. For the money it works well.

I used a lowrance h20 for years with a lakemaster chip then i tied a peice of rope to it and had it hanging from my belt. Worked great. Can probably find one on ebay.

MM, I have an H20 that I might be willing to part with. I have switched almost entirely to my phone and the Navionics app.

Thanks for the input. I didn't realize that the smart phones with nav chips have come so far. I'll probably go that route.
