Posts: 555 Location: Tennessee | 14ledo81 - 11/23/2014 12:35 AM Anybody else out there with a Tuffy Esox tiller rig? Would certainly appreciate it if you could give me your thoughts. We use one here at the TVMA, it's Cory Allens boat and one of the best muskie boats I've ever stepped aboard. No other boat can match the stability of the Esox line. I run a jet because I play alot in the river but in the future I'm probably gonna try to snag myself an Esox mag tiller.

Posts: 455 | Good luck finding a 680T. I had to drive from N.J. to MN to get one and the choices were limited to one. Lucky for me she cleaned up great.

Posts: 72 | The 680T is hard to find but they are awesome boats. Easy to pull behind the vehicle and can still handle some bigger water. At 16'10" they can fish three pretty comfortably if needed.

Posts: 4269 Location: Ashland WI | Thanks to everybody for all the input. I recently pulled the trigger on a "92" Tuffy Esox Ltd. Came with a "92" 40hp Johnson, (2) older minn kota trolling motors (front and back), (3) rod holders, a lowrance elite-4x, and a very nice KD launcher trailer. I paid $2700. I will post a pic when I get to my work PC. I don't know how to post from my phone. Really can't wait for spring now... Question for anybody else with this boat. Have you put a casting deck in the back? If so, how/where? The main switch panel is down low, and it seems any type of deck would cover it.

Sounds like a nice price as well. Now the wait for open water! Man it seems like it will be a long winter again!

Posts: 255 | I had an Esox Ltd. for 10 years. Loved it! Easy to pull, easy to launch/load. I called it the barge. I replaced it 4 years ago with a fish/ski I bought in January. Man is it hard to wait for open water with a newer boat in the garage.

Posts: 4269 Location: Ashland WI | Upadate: I put my boat in the water the other night for the first time. I was very happy with the performance. Definitely impressed with the stability. With two guys in the boat, we were able to just break 30 mph. So far it appears I will be very happy with this boat. Thanks to all for input. I do not think I would have looked in this direction if it were not for the advice from this board.
