| I have just recently removed my livewell to put in lure storage and now I am left with two holes on each side about the size of a pop can. I was gonna just cut out some aluminum pieces and rivet and silicon over them then silicon the inside would that be enough or is there any other options that may be better.
thanks dylan |

Location: one foot over the line | Take it to a welder. If the holes are not too close to the water-line your patch job would probably work, but i would find someone to weld it and then never have to worry about it again. |

Location: Mayville, WI | Put the livewell fittings back in the hull & plug them instead - cheaper & easier. We did this with our work boat when we took out an unused livewell.
