You could probably use some stick on eyes from Janns Netcraft or Moore's tackle, but I've never bothered replacing them when they fall off, and they pretty much always fall off.

The muskies still try to eat my medussas with missing eyes. My Bondy Baits don't have eyes & I've caught more musky on them that all my other baits combined. Eyes only help sell the bait, the fish could care less if the bait has eyes.

When they fall off its not a problem, my baits always seem to find the boat after each cast.

My wife thinks that baits without eyes would be easier for the fish to catch because they can't see to run and hide!
