Can anyone tell me what knot this is ? it is 80lb. braid to fluorocarbon... Sorry it's a poor picture, but I like this knot a lot and I can not figure out how to tie it....looks to be a one sided Nail Knot? of some type????????? Thanks Mike

Never seen that one before wonder how it would work for connecting 100 braid to 100 flouro for a wind on leader.

This is one of the neatest tightest knots I have ever seen..I have to see how strong it is after finding out what knot it is?

That's an Albright knot.

I did not think it was a Albright Knot only because thisit was made so neatly and tight
but now after looking closer look at it, It just may be a very tight neatly done albright after all....

Yup, Albright. I use it for fly fishing all the time. Good knot for attaching supple, knotable wire to a 30lb mono leader used in FF'ing for "teeth".

Once you learn how to tie it correctly, that knot is bulletproof.

I use the Albright knot to tie fluorocarbon leader to my braid. I tie it backwards from what is pictured by OP (I wrap the braid around fluoro, see pic). This is a very compact and neat knot. I avoid using clumsy, big hardware whenever possible.
